Bryn has worked with youth in a variety of settings. Through her work as a teacher, caregiver, and mentor, she's been able to cultivate patience and empathy that she uses daily at Eva Carlston while providing clear, firm boundaries and expectations. Before becoming Milieu Manager, Bryn worked at Eva Carlston as a Family Teacher and later as a Shift Lead.

She received her BA from Utah Valley University. Bryn loves to teach the girls that "success is not a pie that can run out" while encouraging them to reach their personal best potential in whatever they do.
