MEET THE TEAM
Haley Rollins
Special Education ParaProfessional
Before joining Eva Carlston, Haley attended Utah State University, where she studied Social Work and Political Science. She has always had a strong passion for helping others and finds it deeply rewarding to work with today’s youth. Prior to joining Eva Carlston, Haley volunteered with CAPSA (Community Abuse Prevention Services Agency), where she gained hands-on experience supporting individuals and families impacted by abuse and trauma.
At Eva Carlston, Haley has had the privilege of supporting students in several roles, including Mentor, Shift Lead, and now Special Education Paraprofessional.
She completed advanced professional development in Special Education, including training through the Utah State Board of Education, and currently works closely with the Academic Team to provide services to students with IEPs and to collect important educational data.
Haley often reminds students:
“Once you realize what you’re capable of, there is nothing and no one on earth that can stop you from becoming the best version of yourself.”
Outside of work, Haley enjoys antiquing, running, crocheting, and reading—often while relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
