MEET THE TEAM

Joseph Robinson

History Teacher

Joseph earned his bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in History and Theatre from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Prior to becoming a teacher, he gained valuable experience as a paraprofessional in special education classrooms, which helped shape his inclusive, student-centered approach to teaching. He is deeply passionate about educating the next generation and sharing the rich, meaningful stories that shape our understanding of the world.

With extensive experience both in the classroom and on the stage as an actor and director, Joseph brings creativity, curiosity, and energy to his teaching. He believes that failure is an essential part of learning and that honest effort should always be recognized and rewarded.

Joseph is drawn to history and theatre because both disciplines help us better understand ourselves and others. He often reminds his students, “Being kind will teach you more about the world than any textbook ever could.”

Originally from Colorado, Joseph now calls Utah home. While he misses his home state, he enjoys the opportunities Utah offers. In his free time, he loves acting, singing, and painting.
