MEET THE TEAM

Kristy Napoli, M.Ed.

English Teacher

Kristy Napoli has dedicated the past 20 years to the field of education, with 18 of those years spent serving students in Las Vegas, Nevada. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Touro University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University. Throughout her career, Kristy has taught across all secondary grade levels and has embraced opportunities to lead specialized courses such as Mythology, Junior Studies, and ACT preparation. Her diverse teaching portfolio reflects a deep commitment to engaging students in meaningful and varied learning experiences.

Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that “Success comes from making one small step at a time.” Kristy is passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally, and she values the unique journey each learner takes.

Outside of school, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and curling up with a good book.
