Lindy has pursued her studies in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition, earning a certification in Substance Use Disorder Counseling at Utah Valley University. Prior to joining Eva Carlston Academy, she gained experience working with youth for year in leadership roles and as a paraprofessional, supporting adolescents in a structured and therapeutic setting.

Lindy began her work at Eva Carlston as a Youth Mentor and later served as a Shift Lead before being promoted to Milieu Manager. In this role, she supports both clients and staff while fostering a safe, consistent, and relationally focused environment rooted in the family model.
