MEET THE TEAM
Terrisha Judd, LCSW
Therapist
Terrisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned her Bachelor's in Social work through Weber State University in Utah and Master's in Social Work through the University at Albany in New York. Her experience includes working as a direct care staff in both residential and wilderness settings with both adolescents and young adults. Upon obtaining her Master's, I have gained experience working as a therapist for a wilderness boarding school for adolescent males and for private practice organizations as a remote therapist with adults of various ages.
Terrisha strives to provide empathetic, person-centered, holistic approaches to therapy by working to meet individuals where they are at and collaborating with them to overcome self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. In her practice, she pulls from various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths Based work.
"Being the best versions of ourselves often involves accepting all parts of ourselves and learning how to use them effectively in our desire for growth and healing."Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. She also has a passion for live theater, camping, and kayaking.
Terrisha thoroughly enjoys being in the outdoors, whether that is rock climbing, hiking, camping, and/or skiing. She loves to travel and explore my surroundings as well as new places. Her community of support is very important to her as well as finding ways to grow and foster it. She enjoys reading fantasy fiction, crocheting, dancing and learning new things.
